RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy: You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@flowingcreationsco.com. Please note that returns will need to be mailed to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to mail your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Please note a shipping label with the shipping address will be provided when a return is initiated.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We offer shipping nationwide, a flat rate will be applied at checkout. We use reputed shipping companies to ship our products. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the package and the destination. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually 3-5 business days. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged or lost package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
